This explains it best but no one tells you how psychedelic a natural child birth is. Seriously, like straight up DMT or what it sounds like as I've never tried it... And while the below video is not of someone giving birth, energetically it just fits. The music, the build up, the drama, the confrontation, the violence! It was worth it, though at the time I was in a world of PAIN. We have such a beautiful son and definitly think he is a Prince of England!
